More than two years after construction on O'Hare airport's "people mover" was supposed to be substantially complete, passengers still must rely on shuttle buses to get between terminals and to and from parking lots. Some travelers said they found the process confusing or frustrating.

The Federal Aviation Administration is scrutinizing Chicago s monumental plan to build a new global terminal at O Hare International Airport, punch a hole in its west side and add two new concourses.
The review will assess whether the proposal is likely to significantly affect the environment and you have an opportunity to chime in. Comments from the public are being accepted now through July 9.
More than 1 million travelers are projected to pass through O’Hare and Midway airports over Memorial Day weekend, and the Department of Aviation wants people to know that masks are required.
