Amazon Seller Services gets fresh capital infusion of Rs 915 crore

Amazon Seller Services, the marketplace unit of the US-based e-tailing giant Amazon, has received a fresh capital infusion of Rs 915 crore (approx. $125 million), documents filed with the Registrar of Companies showed.
The investment was led by Singapore-based Amazon Corporate Holdings, with a token investment being made by the parent entity Amazon.com Inc, both of which were allotted a combined 915 million equity shares at a value of Rs 10 each.
