Outbreak Declared at Cedar Creek Public School AYR - Waterloo Region Public Health has declared an outbreak after a student has tested positive for COVID-19.  This student was in the same co-hort as the first positive case that was announced last week. This is the third confirmed case at the school. Another high risk contact has also been identified.  Share
