The HC, however, directed the officials Collectors of Siddipet and Rajanna Sircilla districts P. Venkatrami Reddy and D. Krishna Bhaskar, respectively and Siddipet Revenue Divisional Officer Jayachandra Reddy to deposit in the court the fine amounts and costs imposed on them. Rama Rao went on an inauguration spree in Mustabad and Yellareddypet mandals of Sircilla district on Saturday, travelling to half a dozen villages. He inaugurated 65 double bedroom houses constructed at a cost of ₹ 3.27 crore and a petrol bunk set up by a primary agriculture cooperative society at Mohinikunta village, farmers’ platforms (Rytu Vedika) at Maddikunta, Cheekodu, Mustabad and Avunuru and gram panchayat office at Cheekodu village. He also inaugurated a community hall and a crematorium at Haridasnagar in Yellareddy mandal.

Krishna Bhaskar, the then Joint Collector (now Collector of Wanaparthy) Yashmin Basha and Land Acquisition Officer/ Revenue Divisional Officer N. Srinivas Rao to undergo a simple imprisonment of three months and pay a fine of ₹2,000 in a contempt case. They shall also pay costs of ₹ 10,000 to each of the petitioners within four weeks. The sentence of imprisonment imposed on the respondents is suspended for six weeks. An adverse entry shall be recorded in the service records of the respondents as regards their wilful disobedience of the orders dated 12.10.2018 passed by this court in Writ Petition number 37623 of 2018, read the order.
