In recognition of his leadership, Caserta was one of seven Boys & Girls Club of America employees nationwide chosen for the Maytag Dependable Leader Award.
“I was surprised. It’s definitely a special honor to be picked as one of seven from the Boys & Girls Club of America,” Caserta said. “I think it’s a good recognition for our club as a whole, for the program, for some of the things we have accomplished. I feel like it is a full team award.”
