In celebration of the International Women’s Day, the Government of Mongolia, Civil Service of Mongolia, and UNDP have organized motivational webinar “Women’s leadership in the civil service” to support women civil servants in further cultivating their career. The webinar is conducted within the framework of the “Towards the professional and citizen-centered civil in Mongolia” project funded by the Government of Canada and co-implemented by the Civil Service Council of Mongolia and UNDP.  Over ten thousands of women civil servants from Ulaanbaatar, 21 aimags and 330 soums tuned-in online to the webinar and listened to the personal stories, successes, and career planning tips of five women civil servants.
