The film saw its total earnings reach 167 million yuan (nearly 25.8 million U.S. dollars) after grossing about 9.3 million yuan, or 22 percent of the market s daily total takings on Tuesday, according to figures from the China Movie Data Information Network.

Ranking the second and the third were crime thriller Shock Wave 2 and hit drama A Little Red Flower , pocketing 15.8 and 13.4 million yuan respectively on Saturday, with each one s total ticket sale reaching 1.2 billion and 1.3 billion yuan.
