Areca nuts, heroin worth lakhs seized by Assam Rifles in Mizoram
Based on specific information, the Serchhip Battalion of 23 Sector Assam Rifles, under the aegis of Headquarters Inspector General Assam Rifles (East) along with YMA and village council of Rauntlang and Custom Preventive Force, Champhai District carreid out an operation and recovered 625 bags of areca nuts from Rauntlang in Mizoram on February 13.
