The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office is working to find a suspect wanted for burglary and theft.
Nathan Bradley James Timms, 23, is accused of burglarizing a home in the 23,000 block of Highway 72.

MEXIA, TX â A 19-year-old was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon following an altercation.
Around 7:55 a.m. on Wednesday, April 8, officers with the Mexia Police Department were called out to the 1100 block of North Ross Street for a report of a man brandishing a weapon from inside his vehicle.
Authorities identified the suspect as 19-year-old Ladarion Owens of Mexia.
Owens allegedly engaged in an altercation with several juveniles and displayed a firearm before fleeing the area.
The City of Mexia says Owens was immediately located at his workplace by deputies with the Limestone County Sheriff s Office and officers with Mexia PD. He was taken into custody and arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.

The attorney general’s office has added to their original argument against excluding evidence of Limestone Sheriff Mike Blakely’s gambling habits from their case, saying it’s relevant to many of the counts with which he’s been charged, records show.
The supplemental opposition to a motion filed by the defense was submitted last week because a new judge had been assigned and the original opposition and motion were more than a year old, according to state attorneys. Blakely’s defense attorney had filed a motion “to exclude any evidence of his ‘gambling and drinking practices’” under seal in January 2020, the supplement reads.
