A link started going around from the Cuyahoga County Board of Health allowing anyone who clicked it to sign up for a slot to get a COVID-19 vaccine. 74-year-old Ruth Elliot was thrilled when she received the link to sign up for a COVID-19 vaccine next week.

Gullett and two other staffers at the Board of Health were vaccinated Wednesday at their headquarters in Parma.
