CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The Cuyahoga County Grand Jury indicted a 27-year-old man for several rapes and kidnappings from December 2018 through December 2020 in Cleveland.
Christian Burks is accused of raping a total of three women.
âChristian Burks is a serial sexual predator,â said Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael C. OâMalley, âHe will be held accountable for his actions.â
The first victim, a 20-year-old, was raped at a party on E. 4th Street near Prospect Avenue on Dec. 9, 2018.

The Parma father accused of killing his five-year-old son last month was indicted Tuesday by a Cuyahoga County grand jury.
According to Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael C. O Malley, Matthew Ponomarenko, 31, was formally charged on Tuesday for the March 25 murder of his son Jax Ponomarenko.
