Cleveland quickly released body camera footage of a clear-cut police shooting. Will that continue?

CLEVELAND, Ohio About 10 hours after the most recent fatal Cleveland police shooting, officials released body camera footage, breaking a longstanding protocol of withholding the videos for months.
The April 15 shooting marked the first time the city released body camera video the same day and the fourth time the videos were released at all in police shootings. Body camera footage of one recent shooting has never been released.
The video showed an officer fatally shooting a suspect as the man raised his gun at an officer.

CLEVELAND, April 12, 2021 /PRNewswire/ Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority ( CMHA ) is providing notice of a recent incident that may affect the security of information pertaining to individuals. The confidentiality, privacy, and security of information in CMHA s care is one of its highest priorities and CMHA takes this incident very seriously. Although CMHA has not received any reports of actual or attempted misuse of the impacted information, CMHA is providing this notice in an abundance of caution.
What Happened? On February 10, 2021, CMHA became aware of suspicious activity within its computer network. CMHA immediately began an investigation to determine the nature and scope of the activity. (TNS) Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine, Lt. Gov. Jon Husted and other dignitaries visited the Cleveland suburb of East Cleveland on Wednesday to announce a public-private partnership that plans to extend affordable, high-speed internet to as many as 2,000 low-income households.
DeWine told several dozen people gathered in front of Mayfair Elementary School about the need for the $650,000 broadband expansion in East Cleveland, one of the poorest and least connected cities in the nation, and elsewhere in Ohio.
