Monks Investment Trust PLC - focuses on long-term investment growth from equities - Says Independent Non-Executive Director Edward Harley has retired after being on the board since 2003. The Monks board has benefited from Edward s insight and clarity of thought. He was essential in the strategy reassessment in 2015, which led to a switch of investment teams and approach at Baillie Gifford. When Edward joined the board in 2003, the Monks share price was 150p. It closed yesterday at 1,376p, says Chair Karl Sternberg.
