One of the saddest things to have happened last year in the entertainment industry was the loss of some of the most prominent and talented personalities of Bollywood. But it was Sushant Singh Rajput s death that shocked us the most. The actor died by suicide at his Bandra home. After his death, and based on the complaint filed his father, Rhea Chakraborty became the prime accused in the case. She was being interrogated by the Enforcement Directorate (ED), the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CIB). But it was the NCB only that took her to custody on the charges of possessing and passing drugs to Sushant. Her brother Showik was also arrested. They were acquitted of the charges by the Bombay High Court. But even after that, Rhea and Showik has often been spotted at the NCB office.

The Narcotics Control Bureau has moved the Supreme Court challenging the Bombay High Court order granting bail to Rhea Chakraborty in cases registered against her under the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS Act).
