BUFFALO Guernsey County grand jurors will be asked to determine if charges are warranted against at least one person following the recent death of a 27-year-old man at his Buffalo home.
Suspicious activity surrounding the death of Robert G. Eltringham led investigators with the Guernsey County Sheriff s Office to seek potential charges for the lack of life-saving efforts after he became unresponsive on March 8.
”This is one of the more disturbing and selfish cases that I’ve investigated in my career, said veteran detective Lt. Sam Williams.

On the agenda is the presentation of the 2020 Amateur of the Year award and the nominations for officers for 2021. All attendees are required to wear masks and maintain social distancing.
