It’s fine when companies stand up against injustice | Letters

I applaud Major League Baseball’s decision to remove the All-Star Game from Atlanta.
Some people feel MLB and large corporations should not take a stand on political acts, regardless of how egregious the act.
Many large corporations have donated millions of dollars to conservative candidates, and some of these corporations are now speaking out against efforts to suppress voter access in states such as Georgia.
I guess some people think it is all right for these companies to donate campaign money, but when these donors see something is drastically wrong, it is not all right for them to speak out.
