Crash on westbound Beltline causes backups, power outages July 27, 2021 4:20 PM Courtesy of Wisconsin Department of Transportation MADISON, Wis. A crash on the westbound Beltline between Todd Drive and Seminole Highway has caused traffic delays and power outages in the area. Dane County dispatchers said the call came in around 3:20 p.m. According to Madison Gas &Electric’s outage map, 389 customers are without power because of the crash. Crews expect power to be restored by 5:45 p.m. Madison fire and police crews are responding to the scene with help from the Dane County Sheriff’s Office and utility crews.
