The request comes as California topped 2 million COVID-19 cases, according to government figures. BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) - The Housing Authority of the Birmingham District (HABD) delivered donations on Thursday.
HABD partnered with the Jefferson County Sheriffâs Office and Birmingham Police Department to collect toys, coats and winter clothes.
Itâs part of their Operation Give Back, which delivers those gifts directly to families before Christmas.
