Police: 33-year-old man dead after Chesterfield shooting

CHESTERFIELD, Va. A 33-year-old man is dead after police said he was shot Thursday afternoon in the 3500 block of Silver Oak Court.
Chesterfield Police said the shooting happened around 4:30 p.m. They found the man with a gunshot wound when they arrived to the scene.
The man was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. He was later pronounced dead.
The man has been identified as Ronald M. Wright of the 5200 block of Bridgeside Drive.
Detectives said they have arrested 29-year-old Andre D. Hawthorne Jr. of the 3500 block of Silver Oak Court in connection.

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. The Chesterfield County Police are asking for assistance to locate a missing 59-year old man.
Eugene A. Ayala was last seen on Monday, April 19 at his home in the 2300 block of McKesson Drive and was reported missing by his wife on Wednesday.
Ayala is described as a white male, around 5-foot-11 and weighing around 285 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a San Francisco 49 s sweatshirt, a blue tank top and blue jeans.
He may be driving a silver two-door Honda Civic with Virginia plates ULM-3575.

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WWBT) - Police say a Chesterfield woman has been reported missing after she was last seen on April 15.
Grace E. Davis, 18, of Powhatan, was last seen at about 6 p.m. on April 15 at a location in the 10000 block of Midlothian Turnpike. Her relatives reported her missing on April 16.
Davis is described as a white female, 5â²1â³ inches tall and weighing about 105 pounds.
She has the letter âAâ tattooed on her left middle finger, and she has piercings on her tongue, belly button, septum and right nostril.
