RHINELANDER, WI (WSAU-WAOW) A criminal complaint is shedding light on how a Rhinelander man was allegedly involved in the murder of a woman in Oneida County.
Seth Wakefield was arrested in connection to the murder of Hannah Miller. Christopher Anderson who previously was in a relationship with Miller is alleged to have shot and killed her on June 30th.
According to a criminal complaint, Wakefield is a friend of Anderson’s and was aware for several weeks he was planning on killing Miller, her parents, and then abducting the child he shared with Miller. Both men reportedly decided that they needed a vehicle to use when they conducted surveillance of Miller and her parents.

New details have emerged about the man arrested in connection with last week’s homicide that left a 26-year-old Rhinelander woman dead by the side of a road.
Seth Wakefield was charged in the death of Hannah Miller.
According to the criminal complaint, Wakefield knew that his friend, Christopher Terrell Anderson, was planning to kill Miller.
The two rented a U-Haul and went on several surveillance trips together in preparation for the homicide.
In an interview with detectives, Wakefield said Anderson had planned for weeks to kill Miller
and her parents.
