Sebamed-HUL soap opera continues as the company blames HUL for going to the court without a prior notice

Bombay High Court on January 11 passed an injunction order after HUL took
Sebamed’s campaign that took a dig at the company’s soap range to the court restraining its campaign from all mediums.
However, Sebamed wasn’t given a prior notice by HUL and the arguments will continue today. After the Bombay High Court restrained Sebamed’s commercials from all mediums, the company has now blamed rival
Hindustan Unilever for taking the matter to court without giving a prior notice to Sebamed.
