FRANKLIN (Somerset) – A 23-year-old Somerset section man died after he was stabbed multiple times early Tuesday inside a Holland Drive residence, authorities said.
Franklin police responded around 12:04 a.m. Tuesday to a residence on Holland Drive on a report of a victim who was injured in a physical altercation. The victim, identified as Jamari R. Stephenson, of Holland Drive, sustained multiple fatal stab wounds and was pronounced at the scene, according to Somerset County Prosecutor Michael Robertson.
A motive for the attack or the identity of a potential suspect have not been released. The investigation remained ongoing Tuesday.

Marina Barg
Ascot, an international reinsurer and specialty insurer based in London, has appointed Marina S. Barg as chief claims officer for North America.
Barg will work with Ascot’s Ethos Specialty business units and executives in Bermuda, London and the United States in a newly created position. She will report to Matt Kramer, Ascot’s chief executive officer for the US.
Barg previously was a senior vice president and head of claims for W.R. Berkley. Prior to that, she spent six years at Navigators, firstly on US casualty claims before being promoted to chief claims officer. Barg has also spent time at Starr Companies and American International Group working across a range of casualty related exposures, the company said.

The Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office began investigating Steven L. Collucci on June 8, 2020 when the father of a former student at Dill’s Driving School contacted them to say his daughter had been assaulted, an affidavit of probable cause states.
A week later, investigators interviewed the woman, who by then was 19.
She told detectives that Collucci placed his hand on her inner thigh in June 2017 as they drove through Bridgewater. Collucci allegedly told the then 16-year-old girl who was wearing shorts to driver faster whenever he squeezed. Collucci did the same thing when the girl wore leggings to her next lesson, according to court papers.
NJ driving school instructor charged with sexual contact with students

SOMERVILLE – A driving school instructor in Central Jersey is accused of inappropriate sexual contact with two students during instruction sessions.
Fifty-nine-year-old Steven Collucci of Dill’s Driving School was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal sexual contact and lodged in the Somerset County Jail pending a bail detention hearing, the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office announced.
In June 2020 a student, 16, reported to the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office that they were touched in a sexual manner by Collucci. The accuser said that while driving in the area of Bridgewater and Hillsborough in June 2017 during an instruction session, they were touched in a sexual manner by Collucci.
