Most will have the same number of seats in the House of Representatives that they had before. Thirteen, though, either picked up a seat or two, or lost one. That has potentially huge consequences for political power in this country. Texas leads off the winners with a gain of two seats. Florida, Colorado, Montana, North Carolina, and Oregon each will pick up one additional congressional seat and thus one additional Electoral College vote.
