COLUMBUS, Ohio - A school funding overhaul bill that died in the final weeks of the last year’s legislative session is back, with lawmakers eyeing the possibility of folding it into the two-year state budget.
House Bill 1 is the same as last General Assembly’s House Bill 305, except for some technical corrections, said sponsor Rep. Bride Rose Sweeney, a Cleveland Democrat.
