Zanesville Man Charged with 5th OVI Offense

Troopers say on Thursday 53-year-old Joseph Kirkpatrick of Zanesville was driving south on State Street and was stopped for operating a vehicle with no lights on. The patrol says during the investigation it was found that Kirkpatrick was impaired by alcohol. He is scheduled to appear in Zanesville Municipal Court on May 13
th at 8:00 a.m.

Zanesville man receives fifth OVI
ZANESVILLE - The Zanesville Post of the Ohio Highway Patrol reported that Joseph Kirkpatrick, 53, of Zanesville, was arrested and charged on Thursday with his fifth overall count of operating a vehicle impaired.
The post said Kirkpatrick was stopped on State Street for driving with no lights on and during the investigation was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He s scheduled to appear in Zanesville Municipal Court at 8 a.m. May 13.
Athens Road closing for work
ZANESVILLE - The Muskingum County Engineer s Office has announced that East Athens Road will be closed from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 12 for culvert replacement from Roseville to the Morgan County line.
