Dr. Anthony Fauci, chief medical adviser to President Joe Biden, believes the goal of 100 million vaccines in 100 days is not only within reach, but should be considered a worst-case scenario.
“It’s going to be a challenge,” Fauci said in an interview on “Face the Nation” on Sunday. “I think it was a reasonable goal that was set, we always want to do better than the goal you set, but it is really a floor and not a ceiling.”
Nearly 40 supermarkets across Massachusetts are partnering with the state to deliver COVID-19 vaccine at their pharmacies starting next week.
