Police: Delivery man arrested after stealing puppy from customer

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - A food delivery man was arrested after stealing a puppy from a Florida customer s home, police said.
The City of Jacksonville Beach Police Department said that officers responded to a condominium on 1st Street in reference to a theft investigation on Saturday.
They said that the victim ordered food through GrubHub. While the food was delivered, the victim s teacup poodle puppy exited the residence. The delivery man, Arlinson Chilito, then allegedly grabbed her and hid her in the delivery bag.

According to the Jacksonville Beach Police Department, Arlinson Chilito delivered food to a condominium in the 1000 block of 11th Avenue South. In a statement, Grubhub said Chilito was using another driver s account without the company s knowledge.

A Jacksonville Beach resident whose home was reportedly targeted during a home invasion robbery last September is facing charges again after authorities found drugs, firearms and an armored vest in his possession, the Jacksonville Beach Police Department reported Tuesday.
Amy Oliver, 46, was charged with first-degree murder almost three months after her son was found unresponsive and not breathing in a home in Jacksonville Beach.
