A sentencing hearing was held Tuesday in Fourth Judicial District Court in Sheridan for 31-year-old Donald Brower. District Court Judge John Fenn accepted the terms of the plea agreement that was reached with the State and sentenced Brower to 3 to 5 years in prison for the charge of Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance to a Minor- Marijuana.
The sentence is suspended in lieu of three years of supervised probation. A charge of Possession With Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance to a Juvenile was dismissed as part of the plea deal. Judge Fenn also ordered Brower to pay $375 in various court costs and $500 in attorney fees. The crimes occurred between October 3rd and 4th of 2020. Two co-defendants were also charged in the case, Meagan Crone and Michael Schutt.
