John Curtis Girls Post Nation s Best Flat Track 4x2 At LSU

The John Curtis High School girls earned an impressive distinction this weekend at the LSU High School Qualifier.
The squad from River Ridge, Louisiana, posted a US No. 9 time of 1:43.84 in the 4x200, which also serves as the fastest flat-track time over the 2021 season. The new state-leading mark now stands at No. 9 all-time in Louisiana since 2000, per the MileSplit database.
Only two teams were under 1:46 on Saturday at the meet, the other being Scotlandville, which is currently ranked US No. 15.
