Graham Ellis, Melksham South Independent said: Congratulations to Jon Hubbard on his election to Wiltshire Unitary Council to represent the south division of Melksham, and to Jon, Colin Goodhind, and Jacqui Crundell to serve for the ward on Melksham Town Council, alongside myself. There were more good candidates than vacancies in both elections, and my commiserations to the other candidates who all fought excellent campaigns.
