The release said Bryant Hope graduated from Penn State with a degree in marketing and currently serves on the Smeal College of Businessâs board of visitors.
She was also named a member of the Penn State Presidential Commission on Racism, Bias and Community Safety by President Eric Barron in July.

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. At 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 19, Penn State will hold its fall 2020 commencement ceremony via livestream.
The virtual ceremony will recognize the academic achievements of those who are completing degree requirements this fall, including undergraduates at University Park and the Commonwealth Campuses, as well as all graduate students.
Formal remarks, conferral of degrees and induction into the Penn State Alumni Association are all traditional elements of the commencement ceremony that will be included in the virtual ceremony. After the livestreamed ceremony, graduates will have the opportunity to explore individual student recognition with shareable, digital slides, on webpages for each college and campus.

Johnson & Johnson s Wanda Bryant Hope to speak at 2020 fall commencement

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. Penn State has announced that Johnson & Johnson Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer Wanda Bryant Hope will be the University’s fall 2020 commencement speaker.
Penn State will hold its fall 2020 commencement ceremony via livestream on Saturday, Dec. 19, in accordance with public health guidelines and orders from the state government in response to the continuing coronavirus pandemic.
A marketing graduate of Penn State’s Smeal College of Business, Hope serves on Smeal’s board of visitors. In July, she was named as a member of the Penn State Presidential Commission on Racism, Bias and Community Safety by University President Eric J. Barron.
