Bailiwick Law Enforcement disclosed the information at the weekend, reminding people that unless they can provide proof of an essential travel permit or critical work authorisation, travel into the island was an offence and they could be fined. The self-swabbing facilities at the East Arm and the Ferry Terminal were set up in September last year to enable travellers to take a Covid-19 test on arrival.
In late January these facilities were adapted to test a range of critical and essential workers through a targeted testing programme.
