IN THE COURTS: 12 people who have appeared at Southampton Magistrates Court THE FOLLOWING cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates’ Court. SAIF ULLAH KHAN, 50, of Darwin Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £120 and disqualified for 12 months. Ordered to pay £620 court costs and £34 victim surcharge. JODY KHALID MOYLETTE, 38, of Cromer Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating and attempted theft. Fined £150. Ordered to pay £100 compensation, £34 victim surcharge and £150 court costs. BETHANY LORRAINE FEE, 24, of Oliander Driver, Totton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving and failing to surrender to custody. Fined £199.99 and disqualified for 12 months. Ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
3rd Grader Jimmy Green At East Brainerd Elementary Gets Junior Deputy Status Friday, May 7, 2021 Chief Deputy Austin Garrett made a surprise visit to East Brainerd Elementary School with a special delivery in recognition of National Teacher Appreciation Week on Friday.
While visiting the elementary school, Chief Deputy Garrett met third grader Jimmy Green, who showed interest in law enforcement moving Chief Deputy Garrett to deputize him as Hamilton County’s newest Junior Deputy Sheriff.
The third grader was presented with his own Junior Deputy Badge.
“We recognize the incredibly difficult job that teachers do each and every day educating and caring for our children,” stated Chief Deputy Garrett.
