DB seeks comprehensive report from AG DB seeks comprehensive report from AG Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, May 20: Division Bench of the High Court comprising Chief Justice Pankaj Mithal and Justice Vinod Chatterji Koul has directed the Advocate General to file a comprehensive report keeping in view the suggestions and grievances projected by the lawyers. In the Court on its Own Motion relating to COVID-19 pandemic, several grievances and suggestions have been made by the lawyers. The main grievances and suggestions have been raised by Aditya Gupta, Rohit Kapoor, Sachin Dogra, Pranav Kohli, Ashok Sharma, Mubeen Khan and Zeeshan Hyder. Her son, a truck driver, said that he was at work while his wife and children were out of town when the incident took place. He suspects that someone who knew that she would be alone at that hour is involved in the killing of his mother. The deceased has been identified as Dilnaz Banu, a resident of Anepalya.
