HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WMBF) – A man wanted by Horry County police in connection to multiple theft and larceny cases has been arrested, booking records show.
Patrick Joseph Cassidy, 30, was booked into the J. Reuben Long Detention Center by the Horry County Sheriff’s Office Thursday morning.
His charges listed on the JRLDC site are as follows:
Abuse of wildlife management area land and improvements
Escape (Common law)
Failure to stop for blue light

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WMBF) - An Horry County man now faces more than a dozen charges related to child sexual exploitation, according to state officials.
The office of South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson said 49-year-old Christopher John Fletcher, of Murrells Inlet, was arrested Thursday in connection to those charges. The attorney general’s office said the Horry County Sheriff’s Office made the arrest with assistance from Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force investigators.

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WMBF) - A Longs man wanted by police for stalking is now in police custody.
Earl Renaldo Williams, 31, was arrested Thursday morning according to booking records with J. Reuben Long Detention Center.
Williams was wanted by Horry County Police for stalking and unlawful communication involving multiple victims, according to a Facebook post by the department.
Williams was booked around 10:45 a.m., and faces two counts of stalking and three counts of unlawful communication.

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WMBF) – An Aynor man has been charged after police say he coerced a minor to perform sex acts with him.
On Dec. 5, officers responded to a home on Gunters Island Road in Galivants Ferry for a possible sexual misconduct incident, according to a report from Horry County police.
Upon arrival, authorities were informed the suspect, identified as 39-year-old Ryan Carl Peavy, forced the minor victim to perform sex acts with him on multiple occasions, the report stated.
