Boxing fans will have to wait a few more weeks to see Teofimo Lopez defend three of the four lightweight boxing world championships against George Kambosos. Following initial reports from BoxingScene.com, Kambosos has confirmed this Yahoo Sports that the fight has been postponed from June 5th to June 19th. The fight will be at the loanDepot park in Miami as it was originally planned.
The June 5 appointment meant Lopez vs. Kambosos, which will air in the Triller video, will share the weekend with an exhibition between Floyd Mayweather and Logan Paul on June 6, also in Miami.

The UFC released Silva after a knockout loss to Uriah Hall last year. Bellator, the PFL, and One FC all made it known that they had no plans to sign Silva, leaving many wondering if he would retire. Silva instead decided to accept a boxing match against Julio Cesar Chavez Jr after initially denying rumors of the fight.
Silva discussed his upcoming boxing match against Chavez Jr. during an interview on Chael Sonnen’s Beyond the Fight. He also revealed several boxing promoters are interested in signing him. (H/T BJPenn.com)

Former UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva says that several boxing promoters are interested in signing him for future fights.
Silva was released by the UFC last fall after a knockout loss to Uriah Hall. After taking several months off to rest and relax, Silva signed to fight Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. in boxing, and he’ll make his return to the squared circle on June 19th. But while this is just a one-off fight, for now, Silva says that he is interested in taking other boxing matches in the future.
Speaking to former UFC rival Chael Sonnen, Silva said that he has had several boxing promoters call him with interest, though right now he is only focused on Chavez Jr.
