Bend Celebrates ‘First Friday’ Return
First Friday’s are back in downtown Bend after 14 months of COVID restrictions. As more people become vaccinated and Deschutes County remains at low risk, Downtown Bend leaders say they feel safe about bringing back one of Bend’s favorite events.
