Local News Jefferson City woman charged after April weapons offense A Jefferson City woman has been charged after a weapons offense in April. by News Tribune Jun. 28 2021 @ 11:05pm Angela Archer Angela Archer, 41, faces two felony counts of unlawful use of a weapon. The incident occurred April 11 in the 1000 block of Buena Vista Street, according to a Jefferson City Police Department probable cause statement. Officers looked at Jefferson City Housing Authority video, which allegedly showed Archer leaving her vehicle and discharging a firearm outside of a residence. She reportedly stumbled toward the door and began to kick the door of the residence, causing it to break open. Authorities said Archer went inside the residence and fired multiple rounds; she then went outside the residence, removed property and tossed the firearm in the front yard.
