The Nugget spent several hours, Monday night, talking to those who find themselves living on the streets. Jennifer Hamilton-McCharles/The Nugget Article content Tucked up on a hill at Ferguson Street and Third Avenue is a tent city more than 20 people now call home. Their colourful tents, protected by tarps, line the former railway tracks. In the middle of the site a man-made hole is used to store coolers with leftover meals from Hope’s Kitchen, while a few lawn chairs are neatly tucked beside carts and strollers used to carry belongings.
