Warrington Borough Council has received a reserved matters application for planning permission for the site at Omega South. Outline consent for the scheme was previously granted by the council’s development management committee in December last year as part of plans for 617 homes to be built in the area. But the latest submission has revealed the potential occupants of the proposed development off Whittle Avenue, on a five-acre plot next to the roundabout at the junction with Burtonwood Road.
