Gary Branch, CEO of Dancor Services, Inc. with an office in Holly, approached Holly Village Councilmember Rick Powers on a way he and his business could assist Holly Police Department with a donation.
After meeting with Branch, Powersâ desire was to help the police department in a positive and meaningful way. He knew several new officers and some veteran officers were in need of new issue or replacement protective vests.
Holly Police Chief Jerry Narsh said a huge thank you goes to Branch and the crew at Dancor Services for a $2,500 donation that will provide funds for five new vests for Holly police officers.

âMatthew Wrosch, 47, of Owosso, was arraigned on three charges Wednesday, April 28 by Judge Kelly Kostin in Oakland County 52-2 District Court, via Zoom.
âWrosch was charged with one count of disturbing a school, one count of creating a disturbance at a school and failing to leave upon request, and one count of resisting/obstructing a police officer.
âHe pleaded not guilty and requested a jury trial through his attorney, Bradley Friedman. The judge scheduled a pretrial for May 26 at 2:10 p.m. and trial tentatively for June 7 at 8:30 a.m.
âThe judge ordered a $2,000 personal bond, which includes having no contact with Holly schools, cannot leave Michigan without the courtâs permission, no alcohol, no illegal drugs and no firearms or other dangerous weapons.
