The 2021 St. Joseph’s Health Amphitheater at Lakeview lineup is now down to just five concerts as another show has been postponed.
Matchbox Twenty announced Monday it will push back its tour with The Wallflowers to next year due to continued concerns about the Covid-19 pandemic and capacity limits at concert venues. The Rob Thomas-led band was originally scheduled to play the St. Joe’s Amp in 2020, then rescheduled for July 23, 2021, and is now set to visit the Syracuse amphitheater on July 31, 2022.

Country superstar
Luke Bryan announced that he’ll kick off his Proud to Be Right Here Tour Dates on July 8 at the St. Joe’s Amp in Syracuse. Caylee Hammack and DJ Rock will open the show at 7 p.m.
It’s the first new show on this year’s St. Joe’s Amp schedule that isn’t a rescheduled performance from the 2020 season, which was completely gutted by the coronavirus pandemic. Bryan’s new itinerary includes stops originally scheduled for 2020, such as the Darien Lake Amphitheater (now set for Aug. 14, 2021), but Syracuse wasn’t part of the original tour dates.
