Snow storms postpone COVID-19 vaccination clinic

FRAMINGHAM This Saturday’s COVID-19 vaccination clinic for residents 75 and older is postponed due to the effect of this week’s winter storms on vaccine delivery. City officials announced Wednesday that there is no guarantee that a shipment of Moderna vaccine will arrive in time to safely prepare for the clinic, which had been scheduled for Saturday at Joseph Keefe Technical High School. Registration for the next clinic will be announced after a shipment of doses is confirmed and safely prepared for use. Two hundred and ninety-nine doses of Moderna vaccine were administered during last Saturday’s clinic at Keefe, said Mayor Yvonne Spicer during Tuesday night’s Community Hour on Zoom. All doses were given to Framingham residents 75 years of age and older.
