Real estate development partners Rockhill Capital & Investments and Horizon Capital Partners have bought almost 700 acres between Preston Road and the Dallas North Tollway route just north of FM 455. Called the Villages of Uptown, the big home community will have sites for 2,500 single-family homes plus parks and green space. A hike-and bike-trail is planned along the south side of the development giving access to Celina’s downtown district.
