CHICAGO, IL (WKZO AM/FM) Police in Chicago have provided an update about a woman missing from the Kalamazoo area. 40-year-old Anne Amanda Bushek of Kalamazoo Township was reported missing on March 31 and family members are concerned, saying she is unable to care for herself.
Chicago television station FOX-32 reported Sunday evening that local authorities had reason to believe that Bushek had recently arrived in the city. They said they received information that she may be near a Greyhound bus station or a train station in the downtown area.

One dead in a Kalamazoo Township crash April 8, 2021
KALAMAZOO TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Officers from the Township of Kalamazoo Police Department are investigating a suspicious house fire and a fatal car crash that occurred moments apart around 10:30 a.m. Thursday. The two incidents have been linked together and police say the victim of the fatal car accident was a resident of the home where the fire occurred.
Police say the incidents occurred in the 3400 block of Enterprise Drive and the 4700 block of Nazareth Road.

KALAMAZOO TOWNSHIP, Mich. â Kalamazoo police responded to a suspicious fire and a fatal crash that took place this morning, according to D/Sgt. Larry Haynor.
Weâre told the two incidents are related and that the victim of the crash was a resident of the house that caught fire.
The incidents are under investigation.
