BEAVER DAM, Wis. - Dodge County sheriff s officials on Sunday evening, July 25 asked for assistance locating a 14-year-old boy missing from Crystal Lake Park in Beaver Dam.
Jose Keyes has high functioning special needs similar to autism, according to sheriff s officials.
In an update around 9:30 p.m. Sunday, sheriff s officials said the boy was seen on foot in the area of Wild Goose State Trail near Highway 33 and Highway 26, north of Juneau.
He was last seen wearing a gray, sleeveless, athletic-style shirt and blue, flowered swim shorts.

BEAVER DAM - The Dodge County Sheriff s Office is investigating a Sunday shooting on the north 8300 block of Hickory Lane.
Paramedics responded at 10:47 a.m. to a 41-year-old man with a gunshot wound in his chest, according to the sheriff s office. He was conscious and taken to the Marshfield Medical Center before being flown to UW Hospital in Madison by MedFlight.
The shooting was accidental and poses no threat to the community, but is under investigation, according to the sheriff s office.

BEAVER DAM, Wis. A Beaver Dam man was accidentally shot in the chest on Sunday morning.
According to a news release, the 41-year-old man had a single gunshot wound to the upper chest and was conscious when authorities arrived.
The release said the man was taken to Marshfield Medical Center and later flown by MedFlight to UW Hospital in Madison.
The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office said there is no threat to the community.
The shooting remains under investigation.

Authorities say the shooting occurred at 10:47 AM, Sunday, July 18.
Emergency responders detailed that when they arrived they found the victim conscious with a single gunshot wound to the upper chest.
The victim was transported by ambulance to the Marshfield Medical Center in Beaver Dam and was later flown by MedFlight to UW Hospital in Madison.
