Bob’s Discount Furniture opens 12th store in Pa.

The retailer opened a store last month at 1801 Hempstead Road in Lancaster. The store sells furniture, mattresses and home décor. The new 45,915 square-foot store will employ 25 to 35 people. The store is open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. seven days a week.
Dana Mallory is the store manager.
Bob’s Discount Furniture said it is sanitizing furniture and surfaces, and is limiting capacity due to COVID-19.
Bob’s Discount Furniture was founded in 1991 and is based in Manchester, Connecticut. The company has 139 stores in 22 states. Bob’s Discount Furniture in the Harrisburg area opened in 2015 at the Paxton Towne Centre on Jonestown Road in Lower Paxton Township.
