The crash occurred about 4:55 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of Hooper Avenue and Washington Street, according to police.
A 19-year-old Brick man told police he was traveling south on Hooper when he crossed the double-yellow lines and crashed into an oncoming car, according to Toms River Police Chief Mitchell A. Little.
