1/1 HAMPSHIRE horse riders are celebrating the reopening of a previously dangerous and unusable bridleway that has been given a major facelift costing almost £80,000. Improvements to Bridleway 504, which stretches from Binsted to Frith End, means riders, cyclists and walkers will once again benefit from the safe, off-road route. They will no longer have to brave fast-moving traffic on the busy B3004, which is used by a large number of HGVs. A British Horse Society (BHS) spokesman said: Crucial maintenance work had been underway since mid-April to ensure the previously unusable and dangerous bridleway can be enjoyed once again by all local users.
