EASTON.- MD. – Officers responded to a minor motor collision but found something they weren’t expecting.
Friday, officers arrived to Ocean Gateway and Lomax Street were a K9 scan was performed on one of the vehicles involved.
Officers then located 8 capsules of suspected Heroin in the center console.
41 year old Richard H. Gisiner was taken into custody and transported to the Talbot County Detention Center to be processed.

EASTON Md. – Easton police arrested a man on Saturday night on multiple drug charges.
Police say they were called to the area of 411 E. Dover St. for a welfare check. Officers found 38-year-old Zachary Scott Orr from New Castle, DE in his vehicle.
After searching the car, police say they found a hypodermic syringe with suspected heroin, multiple previously used hypodermic syringes, two glass smoking devices; suspected crack pipes, and several wax folds containing suspected heroin
residue.
Police found out Orr had a bench warrant for failure to appear from Pennsylvania. Police then took him into custody where he was charged with possession of CDS not marijuana, two counts of possession of paraphernalia, and CDS possess admin equipment.

EASTON, Md. -Police say a man is behind bars after they responded to a reported assault at a Wawa gas station.
Officers tell 47 abc when they arrived, they spoke with the 35 year old victim, Sarah McKinney. McKinney reported her 34 year old boyfriend, Christopher Rockwell, punched her in the mouth causing her to fall to the ground and hit her head. She says her boyfriend fled the scene afterwards.
Police say Rockwell eventually returned and was arrested for assault. Rockwell told police, he allegedly ingested cds and felt ill, but this was later denied by an ER physician at Easton Memorial Hospital.
EASTON â An attempted theft trial for a man charged in eight pending criminal cases in Talbot County, including one involving armed robbery of an Easton restaurant, was delayed Tuesday in pursuance of negotiations to reach a âglobal settlement.â
Maurice Nelson, an attorney for Robert Loder, 24, of Chestertown, requested the postponement Dec. 22 and asked that a trial not be set until after Loder is tried for felony armed robbery of Hong Kong Kitchens in Easton.
âI donât think (a trial) will be necessary,â Nelson said of the attempted theft case, adding he would be âvery surprised if this case sees the light at the end.â
